Glance on my Life

Professionally

Tushar Trivedi is a Mechanical engineer of batch 2020. He completed his graduation from Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He is also running an institute by the name of the English World in Dewas and there he is holding the position of Managing Director.

You are reading about him because of his first renowned book YOU NEVER FAIL. This is his first book which has been appreciated and loved by many people to give them a new perspective in their life.

This is a huge milestone achieved by Tushar at such a young age. In this book, he has delivered some basic life lessons that we have been forgetting over time.

Tushar believes more on strategies than motivation because strategies bring motivation. At last, he is determined to bring a revolution to change the perspective of every human being about failure. Always remember YOU NEVER FAIL.

Personally

My life got changed when I took admission to the Emerald academy in Dewas. It was not a very big school but it has taught me great lessons in my life. I learned there what’s a difference between studying and learning. Soni sir the principal of the school, we had a special bond. He has left a special impression of him on me. There was a culture of morning lessons every day where sir used to talk about great lessons of life which changed my thinking to a great extent. From there I started understanding the things. I developed the habit of understanding the things or you can say that I started used to understand chapters. I never crammed answers, later the same habit I applied in life for learning. Whatever I am reading, doing, watching & learning, I always understand that thing & try to find out the reason behind that and strive to find the reason for its existence. These are the great learnings which I got till my 8th standard and then I changed my school because Emerald Academy was till 8th standard at that time.

The second phase of my life starts from here when I took admission in BCM PROMINENT SCHOOL. Here I applied my learning which I gained from Emerald. BCM was CBSE school and at that time I knew only that there are books of the syllabus by which we should jot down the answers in a notebook and exams, but here I got to know about references books I was amazed to know this if you want to pass in CBSE then you have to read from reference books because syllabus book would never let you pass exams with good marks. So I started going deep in learning which developed my curiosity to understand everything and that time we had to suffer to understand the topic just by reading it again and again as at that time I didn’t have internet nor I was aware of YouTube kind of stuff that there I can find out many answers. From there I understood the value of books in life because learning is not about understanding only it is more related to thinking whatever you have read then you are thinking deep to understand the topic and using your mind in that way and that’s the best thing which I love in reading. So, in short in BCM I learned that there are books other than syllabus which we need to read to enhance our knowledge and thinking level.

The worst two years of the life was high school, there I just crammed things to get passed in the exams. I didn’t learn anything and I regret that time now also. But that taught me the value of time. So, I want to tell you whatever you are doing just try to learn something new everyday, you will start loving your life and you will build self-esteem for yourself. And this learning could be anything not always related to information just try to observe life. If you have fought with someone or told something wrong then realize that and try to find out why you lost your temper at that time, could I have expressed myself in any other manner. This could also be good learning of life. Because in this way you are growing and making the correct use of time. These two years taught me that you should make each day count.

Now my college life changed my entire life because I learned here the value of surrounding in my life. I got two amazing friends who helped me to reach there where I stand today and I never forget to tell this to everyone, two most lovely friends of my life, my friends Siddharth and Rahil. From Rahil I learned the value of relations and Siddharth taught me that if you are with someone then you should always stand by them. These are the two things but except these two, I learned a lot from them. Your surrounding can make you and it can break you as well. You are the average of 5 people by whom you are surrounded by. So, choose your surrounding wisely.

But you know what keeps me motivated that it doesn’t affect me how difficult the situation is, and how I overcome them. I learned to have firm belief in myself from my parents. I have seen their struggle which always keeps me on the right path and drives me to do more.

Why I wrote YOU NEVER FAIL

In my personal story, I was not able to explain all the incidents which happened in my life and I believe this is not the right time to reveal them but I must say that they all taught me that I never failed in anything whatever I wanted, it is all the perception about the thing how we perceive them. They have taught me the lesson of YOU NEVER FAIL. I know the journey of my life just now started but I want to say I have passed 22 years of my life and in this period, I learned a lot from life which are going to lead me to my destination.

I believe whatever I have learned I should share it with everyone but in the way in which they easily grasp the lessons of YOU NEVER FAIL.  But the story of the time is also very interested when I was writing this book. I can’t share all but want to share how I started writing.

One day I was very frustrated or you can take it as the worst day of my life. There are many more days in my life which are worse than this but I converted this into a fateful day of my life, what happened I was lying on my couch but I just woke up in frustration and wrote on my whiteboard “Tushar you can’t fail, you never fail”. Later I came in my office and started scrolling YouTube but I was not getting what to do, then suddenly I saw on my board that there was written YOU NEVER FAIL, I was just looking on the board for 5 to 10 minutes but so many things were roaming in my mind and I decided to write on this topic to prove myself that YOU NEVER FAIL and I recalled my whole life and started writing. I dived into it. Later I thought I should share it with all but the issue was these were my life incidents and I believe they are going to lead to my success or my goal of life but I wanted to share this knowledge to everyone so I started reading about the lives of others and the incident of their life, I found that everyone’s life is same but we play it differently and we get results on the basis how we play the game of life.

This was the only start of my book and I must say you won’t believe but I have a firm belief when you start any new thing in life nature supports you in any manner whether it makes things difficult for you or makes it easy for you. When I was writing and whatever I was writing, things were going according to that and you can take it as it was getting worse for me and at one point of time I was thinking I can’t write but I kept on writing and with that somehow I overcame the problems and that period of my life and with this, I finished my book too. Isn’t it strange? But I want to thank god because I was able to put my sweat blood tear into it with the deepest emotions of my life.

Why I published it digitally

As the name of my book YOU NEVER FAIL. So I thought many times people say it’s easier said than done.

Second, the publishing procedure takes around 2 years and we all always talk about technology and we say this, we just need to go with technology but we don’t obey it, where Japan is going with technology we are not ready to take it. So I took a firm stand on this point because in a physical book it takes around 10 days to reach my reader whereas with the use of technology I can reach my reader within 10 seconds. Whenever they feel dejected and distressed they can go with this book in 10 seconds.

Now, I wanted to break this myth that people will not pay for a digital book or you can say for an eBook but I knew those who are true readers they value content of author not the medium of reading. And I am happy I have broken this myth of people who were saying me it’s not going to work for me.

But I am a strong believer of YOU NEVER FAIL I kept working and people loved my content and as I thought I could reach to my reader in  10 seconds and my readers appreciating this thought, for this you can go with the Testimonial page.

I believed due to this book, I can reach anywhere in the world and I made it true. Now people have started showering their love on my work from out of India too.
